Orders placed are generally shipped within one business day (ie: not
including weekends or holidays). If a product is out of stock, we will contact you for further
instructions and an expected availabilty date. We offer various shipping options and insurance
so that you can feel comfortable about your purchase while it's on its way to you. If you
want another shipping method that we have not listed, please feel free to contact us. We
cannot be held responsible for shipping problems, but where feasible, we can assist with
tracking packages, etc.
USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 business days to the U.S. and 6-10 business
days to most countries, with longer times to a few countries.
Limited tracking at only key milestones (such as label creation and delivery) is
provided, though sometimes the tracking information is not updated for a few days.
USPS Express Mail generally takes 1-2 business days to the U.S. and 5 business days
to most countries, with longer times to a few countries. Detailed tracking is provided
for multiple milestones during the delivery process, and is updated on the website in a
more timely manner.
For both services above, delivery days are business days (not including weekends and holidays),
and does not include any customs processing time. Tracking information may be obtained at

Please do not ask us to adjust customs values on packages.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for products that are DOA and will be exchanged for the
same item. Products must be returned with all original packaging and must be unaltered. For
warranty repair or replacements, please contact the appropriate manufacturer.
